Description: For the third year running, Sample is offering an Aphrodisiac Menu for valentine’s day. Chef Goetz and his staff have researched the aphrodisiac qualities of all the ingredients and have come up with a fun, creative multi course menu for 2. $70 per couple.

Glass of Cranberry Frost champagne with fresh strawberries

Baked oyster with garlic braised mustard greens and basil infused hollandaise

FENNEL AND LEEK SOUP
Creamy fennel and leek soup with nutmeg and carrot oil

“STEAK DINNER”
Flank steak wrapped asparagus with a saffron potato foam

PETITE FILET
Seared 5 oz filet served with truffle roasted fingerling potatoes, cayenne marinated onion rings and buerre rouge

CRUSTED SALMON
Pine nut crusted salmon served over a creamy shrimp risotto with grilled broccoli rabe and a tarragon vinaigrette

FARFALLE PASTA
House made farfalle pasta tossed with wilted arugala, roasted cherry tomatoes and a sweet garlic sauce

DESSERT
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE CAKE
With honey gelato, raspberry sauce and candied pistachios
