Our chef’s tasting menu is a flight through our menu–it’s a taste of this and a taste of that.
You will be surprised and excited, we want you to think “wow” with each bite, then it’s gone and you move on the next bite.

COURSE 1
CHEESE BOARD
House made ricotta cheese topped with a grape and parsley chutney, 
aged provolone and olive salad, creamed fennel gratin and hand made breadsticks

COURSE 2
MEDITERRANEAN PLATE
Hummus, lentil salad, tabouleh, baba ganoush and a feta cheese and roasted pepper salad served with warm pita bread

COURSE 3
SWEET POTATO BISQUE
Creamy sweet potato bisque served with crispy apple smoked bacon and a maple cream foam

NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER
Traditional clam chowder with a house made jumbo oyster cracker

CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS
Rich chicken soup with braised fall vegetables and potato gnocchi

FRENCH ONION SOUP
Caramelized onion broth, topped with melted cheese and served in a house made bread bowl

“FISH & CHIPS”
Beer battered citrus marinated haddock served with a fresh potato chip and coleslaw napoleon

FRIED CHICKEN DINNER
Buttermilk marinated fried chicken served on a bed of sautéed greens, cheddar grits and truffle honey

CRISPY JAMBALAYA CAKE
Breaded risotto cake, creole vegetables topped with baby shrimp, fried okra and a black bean vinaigrette

COURSE 5
“BEEF STEW”
Braised short rib served with carrot confit, caramelized onions and a tempranillo sauce

BOK CHOY BURGER
House made chuck burger with braised bok choy and a kim chi aioli served on a black sesame seed bun

STEAK FRITE
Grilled marinated flank steak served atop a hand cut frite with Worcestershire aioli and balsamic glaze

Flight of dessert, chef’s choice
